Massage is always a great idea. Therapeutic massage helps relieve muscle aches and pains, increases circulation, and reduces inflammation. It provides an opportunity to quiet the mind, allowing the body to enter a state of deep relaxation.

Massage has become one of the most effective self-care practices for releasing muscle tension, calming anxiety, and strengthening the immune system. It serves as a rejuvenating reset that alleviates symptoms associated with various health challenges.

Each massage session is customized to support the natural healing process. Feel free to let your therapist know if you want more time spent on specific areas, such as the neck and shoulders or your hands and feet, or if you prefer deeper pressure.

Aromatherapy facials provide benefits that go beyond typical spa treatments. A common concern among clients is the possibility of breakouts after receiving a facial. However, this concern is significantly reduced with an aromatherapy facial that utilizes gentle, chemical-free, natural handmade products. These nourishing ingredients, combined with high-quality essential oils, are both safe and effective. They offer powerful antiseptic, antibacterial, antibiotic, and antimicrobial properties that penetrate the skin to nourish cells, improving overall health and well-being.

Each facial treatment includes a month's supply of our scrub and Condition serum, allowing you to continue nourishing your skin without harsh chemicals and preservatives that can irritate and clog pores. We do not perform extractions; when you experience our mask, you will understand why irritation is unnecessary for pore cleansing.

Be prepared to relax like you never have before. We suggest Hot Stone massage if you are not heat sensitive and come in consistently for massage therapies.

We begin with massage to warm up and relax a treated area before slowly introducing the hot stones. Those chronic kinks give way to the heavy, smooth, hot stones, as the skin absorbs the healing minerals, similar to an Epson salt soak.

Hopefully, after this therapy, you can return home and continue to rest and relax.

Facial with Reflexology

Aromatherapy Facial training: The benefits of an aromatherapy facial extend well beyond the typical offerings of salons and day spas. A common concern among clients receiving facials is the potential for breakouts afterward. However, this concern is minimized with an aromatherapy facial with gentle, chemical-free, natural handmade products. These nourishing ingredients do not contain the harsh chemicals and preservatives that can irritate the skin and clog pores. High-quality essential oils are both skin-safe and practical, offering powerful antiseptic, antibacterial, antibiotic, and antimicrobial properties that penetrate the six layers of the epidermis to nourish skin cells. Additionally, reflexology combined with aromatherapy facials alleviates stress in the facial muscles and tissues as the body relaxes. Tapping (EFT) is included with each facial.

Aromatherapy Reflexology Training: Reflexology involves stimulating specific reflex points on the feet corresponding to different body parts and regulating specific organ systems. The process begins with relaxation, achieved through targeted techniques using the hands and fingers. By engaging these reflex points, reflexology triggers responses throughout the body through vibrational frequencies, promoting self-regulation and restoring balance to achieve homeostasis. Massage and Tapping

Deborah Devar has developed a trauma-informed, neuroscience-based (four-minute) self-regulating strategy. The RESET Solution effectively and sustainably calms emotional, mental, and physical stress. It combines three energy technologies into one four-minute tapping round that is structured yet flexible and has been refined through nearly three decades of field testing. It's simple and fun. Most importantly, it's easy enough that children of any age can quiet their minds, balance emotions, relax body tension, and self-regulate using this four-minute reset method.

During the massage and tapping session, you will be guided to understand your tapping targets, blending energy psychology, neuroscience, somatic therapy, and complementary medicine. The RESET Solution helps individuals regulate and reform acute and chronic stress, such as anxiety, crippling fear, anger, guilt, and depressive feelings, into a balanced, mindful, uplifted state of well-being within minutes.

During the 55-minute massage, we'll find your tapping targets by relaxing, bringing awareness to chronic stress patterns, and calming the CNS.

Deborah Devar is excellent! I don't have to tell her where my knots are; she instinctively knows where to concentrate so that I get the maximum benefit. I also had the facial, which was amazing. My skin feels so smooth; and during the facial, my headache disappeared. The temperature was perfect for me; it soothed, smoothed out wrinkles, and just made the perfect end for the massage. This was an amazing massage with facial experience. In a word: "More!" :D

I had a wonderful experience at PTPH Wellness. I booked the 85-minute massage, and I have to say, the pricing is incredibly reasonable for the quality of service provided. Debra was extremely professional, attentive, and clearly experienced in her craft. She took the time to understand my needs and made sure I was comfortable throughout the session. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and very satisfied with the overall experience. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for quality massage therapy at a great value!
